I've dropped the odd barbbell doing overhead squats in my time and let me tell you, nothing makes you want to crawl into a corner and hide more than dropping a loaded bar on the floor from 6 feet up. (Right Mack?) It's also a good thing if you don't wear an orange shirt, it makes you look like a pylon and makes it easier to find the guy making all the noise.

O.K. THAT was awesome, but it's happend to all of us! What do you do? Well, from my experiance, everyone is laughing anyway so just get up, take a bow and say "Thankyou, I'll be here all week!"

And Now For Something Really Differant...
"Keeping With The Simple Theme"

I want to show you an easy way to get in killer cardio just about anywhere and anytime. They are called "Doubles" by boxers and "Double Unders" by the crossfit folks.

I love to use them between big compound exercises. I'll take a sample from the Daily WAC (Wicked Athletic Challenge) on the fasterleanerstronger membership site. Something like this:
Squat Cleans 135Lb
Dips 55LB
Dumbbell Rows 60Lbs
Doubles 35
The doubles stay at 35 for all rounds but the other exercises are done for 15/8/6 all done without rest until the workout is completed.

I Forgot Something...
