How about those swiss balls eh? They're like magic arn't they? WHATEVER! They have some uses, and they are fun but...well, I'll just let the video

Its simple, just not easy...
The bottom line is that getting a six pack comes down to a good full body as well as abdominal training program, great diet and some cardio. What
more can I say? That's all there is to it.
