How about those swiss balls eh? They're like magic arn't they? WHATEVER! They have some uses, and they are fun but...well, I'll just let the video do the talking..." I share more of my opinions on core stability and the best way to achieve it in my SIX PACK ABS program.

Its simple, just not easy...

The bottom line is that getting a six pack comes down to a good full body as well as abdominal training program, great diet and some cardio. What more can I say? That's all there is to it.
